SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
More than ten years of experience driving the web/digital marketing strategy and successfully executing multi-channel digital demand generation campaigns. Combination of functional leadership, hands-on execution, and deep collaboration with various stakeholders to create and manage demand generation programs that drive user traffic and growth. Responsible for resource management and budget allocation, the establishment of efficient and scalable processes, and executing a high-performing digital marketing program. Extensive B2B/B2C web/digital marketing experience, knowledge and hands-on experience within various domains such as DBaaS/SaaS/Enterprise software solutions, healthcare industry etc. Set direction and manage the execution of hands-on digital strategy, content strategy, CMS, SEM/SEO strategy, growth, email marketing, lead nurturing, content distribution such as blogs, webinars, press releases including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, web analytic, overall web optimization process, CRO process, demand-generation strategy to achieve business goals and objectives. Manage and improve online content to establish growth in traffic, considering SEO/content audit and Google Analytics reports. Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency and updated information about new products, services, discounts, and events, etc. Comfortable working with distributed teams and agencies/vendors in multiple geographies. Responsible to lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies. Work closely with web developers/designers, marketing, product, and sales team to ensure consistency and creativity through all digital marketing channels. Provide creative or innovative ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence for effective user experience and user journey. Measure ROI and KPIs. Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software. Drive overall digital marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.
