• Install Traffic Monitoring and WAN optimization systems for organizations around the world by assessing, configuring and tuning the devices after understanding the network requirements and budgetary constraints of the customer.
• Conduct Traffic Monitoring, Incident Management and Network Analysis for assets on-Cloud/on-Premises, provide root cause analysis of network and device issues and create reports post RCA.

• Perform LUN Masking in ESXi hosts and storage array in Fiber channel network for virtualized devices.
• Troubleshoot Latency, Failed connections, Storage, Web UI, Performance, Crash, Broker, and Capture issues.
• Configured VMFS for AppResponse storage using Target discovery along with vApp for multi-Tier applications.
• Evaluate, recommend, and support policies and procedures for Routers and Switches to send SPAN traffic to AR11.
• Worked on ClickHouse database on Linux systems along with rectifying corrupt file systems and storage disks.
• Perform in-depth analysis of system dumps in Linux systems for root cause analysis.

• Lead the Critical Accounts weekly calls to discuss customer issues tracked by Riverbed Critical Accounts Program.
• Collaborated with NPI (New Product Introduction), Product Managers to drive product quality improvements in Riverbed Steel Central products.
• Testing and documenting procedures for VMware, Linux and providing solutions to various clients.
• Configured Windows 2016 infrastructure for integration with SD-WAN products, which include DNS, Active Directory, and DHCP integration.
• Respond to Escalation Engineers and help them with their cases and recreate issues in a closed lab environment.
• Wrote Software defects, enhancements for customer reported and internally found issues. Also worked with documentation team to ensure that software release notes and user guides are accurate.

• Reviewed product logs by importing customer data onto Linux systems to troubleshoot ongoing issues within SLA.

• Demonstrated proficiency in server load balancing rules and troubleshooting of application layer protocols including HTTP, SSL/TLS, FTP, SSH, SMTP and more.
• Analyzed packet-captures in Wireshark to troubleshoot diverse network and security issues.
• Configured network load balancers for SLB, HTTP and DNS.

• Configured Aruba switch stack by pushing configuration into Master Switch and worked on floor plans to install Wi-Fi access points for evenly distributed access.
