Scope : Machining - Crank Case , Cylinder Head, Cylinder Block

Responsibilities :

(A) Providing leadership in assuring physical well-being and safety of employees by the development, promotion and enforcement of an uncompromised safety attitude in both supervision and production

(B) Responsible for machine shop organization and operation including machine and tooling inventory. To check orders for tooling and materials needed for effective running of shop

(C) Support production in designing, machining, and repairing fixtures for planarity and alignment

(D) Troubleshoot machine shop issues and initiate changes

(E) Responsible for Implementation of SPC in critical areas to improve and sustain process capabilities

(F) Responsible for development, justification, and implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives in quality, productivity, efficiency, capacity and safety

(G) Implements and develops manufacturing processes and departmental SOP's

Achievements :

(A) Won Economics Times Presented Machinist Award in 2019 for Quality Improvement - " Reutilization of PCD Reamer by modification of reamer design "

(B) Quarterly Excellence Award from M&M - Pokayoke For Tracebilility in Vehicle Assembly & Engine Assembly by VBA Programming

Scope : Machining Axle PU - Differential Casing, Gear Carrier Casing

Responsibility :

(A) Implementation of 5s concept

(B) perform Scheduling WIP

(C) Coordinating TPM activities

(D) Light and heavy Maintenance Trouble Shooting Responsibilities

(E) Implementing Kaizens

Achievements :

(A) Cost saving by developing alternative vendor for toolings

(B) Implementation of Continuity Testing in Leak Testing Machine by fixture modification

(C) BAJA 2018 Track and Field Judge

(D) Won AWIM 2018 regional organized by SAE as Industrial Volunteer in Skimmer Category.
