Financial Strategy, Planning and Management

• Assisted in Private Placement Memorandums for preferred equity series rounds by ensuring financial & legal compliance & timely banking of over $10 million raised in investments
• Collaborated with CEO, Legal counsel to lead financial due diligence and preparation for targeted acquisitions including a De-Spac transaction for NASDAQ listing

Financial Planning & Analysis ('FPA'):

• Create and monitor quarterly and annual financial plans
• Monitor financial budgeting, & Cash Flow - by analyzing financial reports and information which leads to streamlined working capital management for operating subsidiaries
• Implemented cost reduction initiatives and process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity

Accounting, GL, and Financial Reporting:

• Oversee Financial Reporting with the SEC
• Manage and maintain relationships with the auditors, bankers and legal counsel

• Spearheaded costing, budgeting and financing for a real-estate project which resulted in additional income stream of > $20 million for investor

• Served on the national CBIZ Risk Advisor Services team and led the regional Tampa Bay practice to cause growth of 220% in revenue (fees)
