- Deploy Cisco ACI (SDN) in Multiple Data centers, for providing Workload mobility and high availability for the applications. Configured the APIC's out of the box, added spine and leaf switches into the fabric.
- Created tenants, VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs, L3 Outs, Interface policies and connected end points to the fabric.
- Deployed and maintained SDWAN environment to connect remote sites using IPsec tunnel over the public internet. SDWAN connects remote sites to headquarters, where direct wired connection is not possible or feasible.
- Designed and configured Azure cloud environment with hub and spoke topology using VNETs to host cloud and public facing applications. Configured express route to allow communication from on prem applications to cloud applications. Configured UDR, NSG for routing and security policies.
- Network designing, planning, installation and configuring of F5 LTM and GTM to distribute traffic to the applications that are hosted across multiple geographical locations.
- Designed and deployed Palo Alto next-generation firewall solution integrated with AI-ML IPS to block any zero-day threats proactively. Implemented user-defined service group policies, thus enabling dynamic filtering of traffic based on application and user privileges.
- Configuring and troubleshooting VPN tunnels with advanced security algorithms to achieve maximum security for establishing connection between remote sites.
- Work with developers to design and develop in-house application which generate reports by monitoring all critical devices in the network using Python. These reports help reduce critical incidents.
- Work with peer architects to come up new and reliable network solutions for the company growth while onboarding new applications.
- As part of the network team, document all the designs, configuration, implementations. Monitor the environment for any outages for quick resolution. Maintain network devices to remediate any vulnerabilities, OS upgrades, migrations and ticket resolutions.
- Part of these projects involved configuring and troubleshooting of Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, NCS; F5 Load balancers; Palo Alto Next-Gen Firewalls, FortiGate SDWAN Firewalls. Configured Static, ISIS, EIGRP & BGP Routing Protocols, MPLS WAN Technologies.
