• Involved in reviewing the market requirements, engineering requirements. Developing automated test scripts by using propitiatory framework. Re use existing Docsis feature test cases and convert test scripts as per DPoE requirements.

• Setting up the lab equipment’s: Configuring the BSR/VSP Chassis, Cable modems, Incognito DHCP Server V4/V6, FTP server, DNS Server, Digi terminal server, Cisco router, Extreme switches etc. Debugging VSM (routing blade), VRX (Upstream card), and VTX (Downstream card) issues by using gdb debugger, debug commands.

• FTTP-BPON/GPON SIT team lead (BPON/GPON)
• Testing VOIP feature on various types of ONTs and verifying various call features.
• Configured the soft switch. Writing test plans for various layer 2 protocols, Generic ONT test plan. Tracking the different Releases features/integration status. Making sure that feature/Integration testing completed on time.

• FTTP-BPON/GPON System Integration Test (SIT)

• Feature development. Involved in creating new mib file and modifying the SNMP agent code corresponding to that mib.

• Updating the mibs and changing the corresponding functionality in the SNMP agent code (netSNMP).
• Developed routines for SNMP Management interface. These routines are interfaced with a web-enabled GUI.
