Accountabilities

• Hyperion reporting: Reporting of financials & non-financials in Hyperion at as per US GAAP on monthly basis.
• Financials Includes balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statement and other internal reports as per company requirement (Like Headcount, Functional cost, and Revenue bifurcation reporting) for their further decision making.
• Non-financials include reports related to company orders, order backlog (OBL), OBL reconciliation and head count etc.
• Journal preparation: Review and processing of JEs in ERP with the help of MDM workflow and TrinTech Cadency tools. Which includes setting up of recurring JEs, accruals, prepaid, provisions, cost centre reclass etc.
• Posting of manual FX journals and execution of FX reinstatement on monthly basis.
• Intercompany reconciliation and reporting: From submission of intercompany statement to confirmation. And tackle the issues on aged open line items and reporting the same intercompany balances in Hyperion.
• T2 – Tax activities: Quarterly and yearly T2 activities including tax sensitization, posting of FIN48 entries, GAAP adjustment entries, Trial balance load to T2 tool.
• Reduced operational expenses through diligent budget management and cost control measures.
• Improved financial reporting accuracy by streamlining data collection and analysis processes.
• Balance-sheet recons: Reconciliation of high, moderate and low risk GL accounts in Trintech Cadency and Black line tools. Preparation of GRIR & GIT analysis report on monthly basis.

Accountabilities

• Preparing and posting journal entries, periodic and ad hoc reports as requested by management.
• Performing regular analysis of the account variances along with compiling with month end closing requirements and deadlines and ensuring there are no outstanding transactions that are not completed before closing.
• Preparing and posting Accruals and reversals.
• Performing postings/ analysis/ reconciliations on banking transactions and related supporting documentation.
• Managing bank statements and related GL reconciliations.
