Due to Shortage of beds for needy patient an outreach setting of Shree Birendra Hospital, (Military Hospital) was established in Partnership with America Nepal Medical Foundation. Those patients COVID-19 with long course of hospital stay and whose symptoms were relieved and only required minimal amount of supportive oxygen therapy were being closely monitored and later on discharged.

Major Duties

- Assessing patient before admission and carryout necessary medication.

- Screening for signs of Respiratory failure.

- Provided emotional and psychological support to the patients.

- Conducted various recreational activities within certain boundary, maintaining social distance. eg. Yoga session, Breathing exercises.

- Collaborated with Nepal Government , Kathmandu Municipality, and various not profit organization regarding aids.

- Conducted vaccination program with collaboration of Nepal Government.

- Learned about resource management , value of teamwork, positive attitude and being hopeful in every situation.
