  • Driven by equipment planning, equipment selection, and configured with the area process engineers.
  • Owned installation, start-up, and volume ramp for all respective semiconductor process equipment (Mattson Suprema XP, Axcelis Integra, LAM GXT, AMAT Mesa).
  • Improved NetMT on critical tool sets by 15% in a year by my critical thinking.

  • Developed new BEOL ashing process recipes with the help of the Process Engineering Department.
