Involved in design, development and support to provide a modern, seamless, end-to-end digital customer experience for card admins and cardholders that exceeds the current functionality, providing an overall consistent and aesthetically pleasing experience eliminating pain points and create more self-service overall.

Performed complete application life cycle functions (SDLC) from conception to final release to users including design & analysis, Implementation, Testing, Deployment and Maintenance. Designed and Developed Microservices using Spring Boot, REST API and Java 8. Migrated the legacy web application from WebSphere Application Server to WAS Liberty Server in Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).

Involved in developing OTD (Order to Delivery), a web-based framework designed to centralize and accommodate vehicle ordering, scheduling, monitoring, billing and sales reporting needs of dealers who belong to the Export and Growth Markets which is used in applications to ensure the availability of the ordered vehicle at a dealership within the stipulated lead time

Involved in development of the Cisco Customer Care Center (C3) which is the primary mission-critical support system used by Customer Support Engineers and other support personnel worldwide launched because of well-known and long-standing concerns related to accuracy of C3 data

Worked on the IFX IDOC (In-flight Exchange Intermediate Document) which is a set of interface applications that behave as an intermediate between the IFX application and the Airlines (customers)
