I am implementing SAP HANA Opentext Vendor invoice invoice Solution for Momentive Technologies(USA) - (United States, Germany & Japan).

I am handling implementation, migrations, upgrades,
enhancements, and support tickets on the SAP and OpenText
modules like OpenText SAP S/4 HANA Vendor invoice
Management, SAP FI, SAP MM, SAP ARIBA & SAP ABAP.

Configured the OpenText XECM including content repository,
archive server, Enterprise scanner, ICC,BCC,IES,IC using
Machine learning & cloud solutions.

Implemented the End- to End SAP HANA FI/MM OpenText VIM solution to Automate Vendor invoice solution using Machine learning and Cloud services by configuring the custom Archive document type, custom field enhancement, custom screen enhancement, custom VIM document type configuration, custom Process type configuration, VIM workflow configuration, custom PO Blocked workflow configuration, custom NPO Approval flow configuration, Archive link configuration, Central report configuration, Role maintenance, Reminder Notification for the business users, Vendor Invoices Parking/Blocking/Posting for KR,KG,RE document types,(General Ledger (GL), (AR/AP).

• Worked on the latest version of SAP VIM & IES : SAP HANA VIM 20.4 SP5 /VIM 7.6 SPS5(ECC) & IES 23.4(IC4S).
• Worked on the project requirements, conducting gap analysis, preparing design document, functional specification & RFPs.
• I have handled implementation, migrations, upgrades, enhancements, and support tickets on the SAP and OpenText modules like OpenText SAP S/4 HANA Vendor invoice Management, SAP FI, SAP MM, SAP ARIBA & SAP ABAP.
• Implemented VIM solution around 165 countries across the Globe.
• Worked on Email channel, NFE channel, Proxy channel, Scanning Channel, IDOC channel, Ariba Channel, EDI channel to process the vendor invoices
• Configured the OpenText XECM including content repository ,archive server, Enterprise scanner, ICC,BCC,IES,IC using Machine learning & cloud solutions.
• Worked on QR-code & bar code-based E-invoices and validating the digital signature on the PDF invoices across multiple countries.
• Worked on GST & VAT taxes to integrate with SAP VIM module.
• Coordinating with cross platform module team members of SAP ERP modules during the development, functional testing, deployment and day-to-day administration of the systems.
• Configured the VIM document type (PO & Non-PO, Down payment, Advance Payments), profiles, custom fields & custom screens, VIM exception handling.
• Worked on technical RICEIFW objects includes VIM workflow, IDOCS, BDCs, Proxy, LSMW, BADIs.
• Worked on Ariba Cloud integration CIG to integrate E-invoice solution with OpenText SAP HANA VIM FI & MM.

• Creation of Archive Document types, Roles, Process types of creation, assigning Process options to Process types and Roles, Incoming Channels configuration, Email Channel configuration, Customizing the BDC ID, Document types configuration, Customized the DP Screens VIM Screens) Based on requirement.
• Hands-on experience to configure the scan to payment invoice scenario.
• Configuring VIM document types, enhance indexing screen, configure, enhancement and maintaining the approval process for Non-PO Vendor Invoice Workflow design and development.
• Configured the VIM document type PO & NPO, profiles, custom fields & custom screens, VIM logical modules, VIM exception handling, process types & process options, PO Blocked & NPO Approvals.
• Customize the OpenText SAP HANA VIM for multiple countries by considering the Country based legal requirements, Country based exceptions rules, GST Tax, Country based Approvals, Country based E-invoices solution, BAR code, QR code, multiple channels to receive the vendor invoices, Payment Reference, Country specific Languages, Multiple Currencies, multiple Archive document types, Role assignment based on the country specific.

• Worked on RICEFW objects includes VIM workflows, Interfaces, IDOCS, BDCs & Proxy.
• Worked on upstream and downstream process of Oil & Gas project by integrating SAP interfaces
• Developed the custom solutions for Non-PO invoice approval process using the OpenText SAP vendor invoice management solution.
• Configured the PO Blocked approvals by customizing the standard blocked approval to multilevel based on the requirement
• I have worked on bug fixes, enhancements, support tickets, CRQ and rollouts.
• Worked on multiple VIM channels to process the invoices and functional areas like FI & MM.
• Worked on ICC dispatcher, customizing client, validation client, archive server, OCR, content server and extraction services
• Worked with the IDH Admin Tool and Central reporting includes Aging, liability, productivity and exceptions.
• Worked on ICC Creation of ICC Applications, creation of custom fields, scheduled the hot spot jobs for extraction link, downloading link for PO and Vendor master data.
