Care includes vent management, titration of multiple vasoactive drips and hemodynamic monitoring with SWAN GANZ catheters.
• Experience as a Rapid Response RN with the rapid response team, responding to medical emergencies in the hospital.
• Clinically competent in providing care to patients requiring ECMO, IABP, VADs and CRRT.
• Proficient with rhythm interpretation, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator airway management, pain management, medical management, initiation of rehabilitation processes, patient and family education and support.

Experience with Central lines, Arterial lines, IV insertions, 12 lead EKGs, Doppler, venipuncture, blood and blood product infusions, suctioning, parenteral nutrition, tube feeds(NGT, PEG), wound vac, dressing changes medication administrations(iv, IM & SQ injections, topical and oral).
• Cardiac monitoring, with ability to identify dysrhythmias.
• Ability to interpret lab results.
• Ability to activate codes and perform competently in a code situation, use of emergency medical teams such as Rapid response.
• Coordinating and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team enabling excellent and effective patient care.
