  • TPM Group Manager for Payment (money movement) domain leading 19 scrum teams, one of largest & complex domain within Digital footprint with 80 + services and 25+ TPM across digital and retail delivery.
  • Responsible for delivery across 10 critical Payment’s product (Zelle, Wires, Payment Hub, Linked Account Transfer, Inter Institutional Transfer, Bill Pay, Card Pay, Wallets, Real time Payment, Citigroup Global Transfer).
  • Across digital these teams manage over 100 billion transaction volume per month and drive about 78% of digital traffic.
  • In addition to these complex and critical journeys Pay domain also has a critical role to play with delivering cross functional & strategic initiatives like Wealth, Personal Investment Loan, Small Business.
  • I was responsible for building a scalable & productive team to deliver on the critical book of work as well as introduce the operational structure & processes to help with planning, estimate, funding and prioritization.
  • Key Accomplishments: 1) Lead and track the success of all initiative program objectives by working with key business partners including Business Strategy, Payments Partnerships, Operations, Risk Owners, Product, Engineering and cross-functional partners and initiative owners to enable optimized and new payments and financial services features and capabilities.
  • 2) Partnered with business and product stakeholders to define goals, strategy, and roadmaps, and coordinating dependencies across organization.
  • Prior to Payment domain was leading Identify domain (Fraud and Secure Authentication) to manage the lifecycle for a complex cross functional body of work that has a long-term positive impact on the company’s digital footprint.
  • This journey was focused on making authentication user friendly yet secure for our customers, which is business critical for digital customers.
  • Key Accomplishments: Lead the initiative to drive down Customer pain points related to login experience by defining a good monitoring and prioritization model.
  • Within first 6 months I was able to bring the 680 complaints down to 270.
  • 2) For password guidelines updates which impacted 100% digital customer I was able to collaborate with various partners to come up with a throttle plan which helped us incrementally improvise and get to 100% adoption without increasing the customer complains.
  • Execute against key priorities for the Lending business across multiple countries/jurisdictions and business divisions
