Hello, I'm Prem, founder and chef behind Kumar's group of restaurants. With a lifelong passion for the culinary arts, my journey in the world of gastronomy has been a flavorful adventure.

Ever since I first set foot in a commercial kitchen in 2015, I knew that creating exceptional dishes was my calling. The artistry of combining ingredients, flavors, and techniques to craft memorable meals is what drives me each day.

My culinary journey started with bringing the most authentic and traditional food from back home (South India), but over time, it has taken me through diverse kitchens and cuisines, enabling me to dive beyond the authentic dishes to create fusion concepts. From honing my skills in building unaplogetically authentic food joints to exploring global flavors, every step has shaped me to build more brands such as Eastern Pizza Co (an Indian Italian fusion), Biryani Bhai (an experiment to make several versions of one particular dish), etc. I believe in the power of food to bring people together and create lasting memories.
