Honored with the work excellence Award for developing, leading and accomplishing the training of over 700 clinical team members during the implementation of a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. I provided comprehensive training on the revamped nursing and clinical workflows, which received positive feedback, from staff and leadership. The rollout resulted in minimal documentation errors, improved workflow efficiency and enhanced compliance. I was recognized for single handedly training one of the highest volumes of staff members,contributing significantly to the success of EMR transition.
