My job as a Sales Associate at Brandy Melville for a little over a year taught me so much about retail and how to not get overwhelmed even when it’s extremely busy. I worked Black Friday where it was the busiest it ever was from 1-9 where I helped maintain and sweep the store while also being in fitting rooms counting people in and out making sure no one was shoplifting. I also am very experienced on register and can count money efficiently while making good conversation with customers. Brandy Melville overall taught me great time management and how to work in retail with a bunch of different people especially because during the time I worked there was a manager switch up and we had some rules change making me change some tasks and maintenance that went on.
