-Communicate with 88 Oil Plant Operator to ensure proper oil percentage was being transferred down pipeline constantly

-Planning workflow for fifteen employees

-Planning oil haulers to transport certain water/oil ratio loads to ensure plant continued to run smoothly

-Maintained mud weights during drilling in high gas zones

-Maintained a smooth work flow on the ground for the driller
