Aside from being asked how to fix everything tech-related, as a technician, I was solely responsible for overseeing 2-3 schools with around 2000 people in total. My duties included troubleshooting hardware/software, installing equipment for immediate use, repairing servers for the network and security cameras, and coordinating larger-scale issues like state testing and preparation, as well as handling short-notice outages. Additionally, I frequently interacted with both students and teachers to resolve issues and enhance overall quality of life.
