• Performance: Outperforming budget in 2023 by 12.7% overall including beating targets in each business line. Only desk to outperform YoY in 2023 after a record 2022.
• Leadership: Managed substantial team turnover to ensure operational consistency while instilling a can-do approach raising profile and relevance of the desk within the wider business. Moreover, built a strong relationship with key customers directly through numerous remote and in-person meetings helping guide prioritization efforts of very limited resources.
• Product: Drove innovation across multitude of legacy and dated systems to methodically create a path to a best in class offering. Both tactical and strategic enhancements were made to algo functionality, transaction cost analysis (TCA), desk tooling and dashboards, OMS rebuild, algo strategy consolidation, etc.
• Collaboration: Solidified relationships throughout the firm to ensure the team had support on any of many dependencies needed to succeed. Teams include Quant, IT, Sales, eSales, Senior Management, Recruiting, leadership in other asset classes, etc.

Drove growth in FX and Crypto accounts in Americas and Australia representing more than 50% of global revenue with focus on ensuring account retention and opportunistic expansion. Partnered with Product Management to influence the strategic roadmap through continuous discussions with customers and market participants. Broadway Technology (fintech vendor of FX, FI and Crypto trading software) was acquired by ION Group in February of 2020.

• Closed more than $30M ARR in renewals and expansions by engaging global heads in FX including Trading, Sales, Quantitative Analysis and Technology for Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks
• Managed all aspects of an institutional crypto startup from deal ($2M ARR) through launch and eventual acquisition
• Realigned team's coverage consistent with account managers' areas of specialization and customer location increasing customer satisfaction
• Provided practical sell-side trader and quantitative analyst perspective to product development cycle
