As a current owner and operator of a beef, hay, and crop farm, I have responsibility in:

• Maintaining beef cows; feeding and watering daily
• Growing the best feed for the beef cows
• Assisting in the birth of calves and making sure mothers are equip to raise on their own and if not, finding the best way to help her
• Routine maintenance on the cows all around health
• Maintenance on fields for the best crops to plant for current soil
• Managing harvesting of crops
• Maintenance on tractors and other farm equipment
• Operating machinery

As a current owner and operator of a food concession business, I have responsibility in:

• Scheduling events
• Sending contracts to events
• Ordering supplies and products for upcoming events
• Working with suppliers to compare price values to one another
• Transporting food concession trailers to and from events
• Maintenance on all vehicles that transport trailers and the trailers themselves to insure all are current and road legal
• Maintenance on all appliances within the trailers
• Keeping up with state laws within the trailers, vehicles, and the business
• Keeping up with cleanliness and appeal of all units
• Customer service
• Preparation before and during events and clean up afterwards
