I led this project by engaging with the stakeholders to understand the scope of work, gathering requirements, and writing the epics and user stories used for development.
I also worked with the QA team to test the UI and presented the change to the organization during our release management meetings.

I led the project to implement the Amazon PrimeNow 2-day delivery mobile application for users. I worked with several prime users and stakeholders to collect requirements, wrote Jira stories and flow diagrams used by the development team, and led the testing efforts in selected markets.
I was involved from the project's inception to completion and responsible for the rollout of the application in Baltimore and Minnesota for our pilot program. I was also responsible for collecting the data and matrix used to improve and make the mobile products for iOS and Android more user-friendly.

I led the project team in designing the system to track KPIs for daily orders and measure progress against the expected time. This system interacted with the nationwide database of Nestlé USA to calculate expected person hours based on daily orders.
