▪ Analyzing project specifications, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks to different teams.

▪ Completing drawings using CAD software and making appropriate adjustments once the client and other engineers have seen them.

▪ Ensuring that all engineering processes are in keeping with the health and safety regulations of the state and the country.

▪ Collaborating with other engineers and technical personnel to develop instructional and training manuals where required.

▪ Ensuring that each project stays within the allocated budget and timeframe.

▪ Scheduling meetings and training sessions when necessary.

▪ Ensuring that staff remains motivated by implementing feasible incentives and regular team-building sessions.

▪ To ensure that the highest quality of mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction work are in accordance with project specific cost and schedule requirements.

▪ Detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.

▪ To ensure that the materials and installation comply with specified requirements as per method statement and approved by the consultant.

▪ Conduct progressive inspection of all ongoing works / installations of Mechanical piping,HVAC, Plumbing and Drainage System.

▪ Prepare QA/QC Weekly & Monthly Report , Prepare IR & MIR Review all documents and other attachment for the IR Review Contract drawing if all Services were properly implemented.

▪ Attend coordination meeting if necessary.

▪ Make sure that all inspection requests are provided with sufficient attachments (Drawings CSD and Typical ,Zone plane ) 1 st , 2nd and 3rd Fix installation up to testing & commissioning .

▪ Coordinate with the entire contractor regarding the flow of work and actual installation status. Coordinate with other team member, MEP Site Engineer, Construction Manager and all Contractors and Sub Contractor involved.
