De 2006 a 2007, atuei como Extensionista Rural na COOTRARON, onde dediquei meus esforços no apoio aos pequenos agricultores do Distrito de Tarilândia, Município de Jaru/RO. Minhas responsabilidades incluíam oferecer assistência técnica a 120 famílias, com foco no desenvolvimento sustentável, superando restrições financeiras, estruturais e sociais. Projetos estratégicos minuciosamente elaborados para aquisição de insumos essenciais e melhoria de infraestrutura, com o compromisso em promover o crescimento do setor agrícola.
From 2008 to 2010, in transition to academia, I took on the role of Higher Education Teacher, where I transmitted knowledge in subjects ranging from Evolutionary Processes to Plant Morphology. Focusing on achieving high approval rates, I used different teaching methodologies, integrating theory with practical application to meet the specific needs of students. Maintaining dedication to excellence to ensure students receive effective instruction, setting the stage for their success in the field of agronomy.
From 2009 to 2013, I held the position of Safety and Development Manager for Family Farming. In this capacity,
I led impactful programs like SEMEAR, facilitating the distribution of genetically engineered products
optimized seeds for thousands of families in Rondônia. Through strategic alliances and
meticulous program oversight, we ensure the successful implementation of initiatives aimed at
increasing agricultural productivity and sustainability.
From 2014 to 2021, with a vision for holistic consulting services, I founded my company,
Company P M Lopes, specialized in sustainable agricultural and livestock solutions. As owner
and Consultant, I developed structuring projects and provided personalized consultancy services for
customers, including soybean producers and rural companies. Our commitment to providing high-quality solutions while prioritizing sustainability underscored their dedication to moving forward
responsible agricultural practices.
