As a phlebotomist, I am able to confidently and carefully draw quality blood samples and specimens of patients of all ages, including venipunctures, heel sticks, and capillary sticks using standard equipment. In my role as a phlebotomist, I find it very important to adjust and comply with all departmental policies, protocols and procedures.
