-Vitals, patient education related to their care, medication administration (MAR), assist with catheters/ostomy care/tracheostomy care under the direction of LVN/RN, assist patients with bathing/dressing/feeding, BG checks, SBAR, wound care/dressing removal/wound irrigation/dressing replacement under supervision of LVN/RN, responded to call lights promptly, head-to-toe assessments
