  • Create menus for up to 2 weeks at a time to allow residents to see what they will be eating.
  • Keep an updated allergy list in all cottages for staff to access quickly and easily.
  • Plan and cook meals for residents as well as provide meals to allow staff and residents to cook in cottages on weekends.
  • Grocery shopping for all cottages to ensure both staff and residents have healthy food available with an abundance of choices. I also work within the guidelines provided by CCL to make sure all cottages are maintained accordingly. I also consider all allergies when stocking a cottage with food.
