At Wal-Mart I managed a team of 15 technicians, ensuring proper training and adherence to safety standards for optimal performance. I would do oil changes, conduct daily meeting to keep my team motivated. When i got promoted to Automotive Manager I brought the department up from 7th place in our district to #1. I would receive scan and document oil pick-up and tires.

I started as an overnight supervisor, after 6 month I decided I wanted to move up and grow with the company so I rerolled in the management program by January 15th 2015 I got the assistant store manager. Here I would oversee 200 plus employees, I was over grocery department, fresh department, shipping, receiving, warehouse

I managed opening and closing procedures and recommended changes to enhance efficiency of daily activities for example I would get a team to execute shipping, receiving, and stocking. I would also make sure I would schedule to plan to make sure I had the correct people at the right place.
