• Manage the nursing department and coordinating a working relation between the Medical Director, team of Consultants, Nurses and Therapist
• Maintain compliance with the evolving health practices, infection control, HIPAA and Corporate Compliance policies and procedures
• Maintain an even temperament under unavoidable tension and pressure within the workplace

Guide the nursing staff to provide high quality care to resident, ensure effective communication between residents, families and providers. Provide education and guidance to the nursing staff on best practices, assessment of resident's health status and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Oversee and manage nursing staff and nursing activities. Ensure regulatory requirement are met. Enforcing corporate policies and ensuring staff practices align with facility goals. Ensure resident health care needs are met.

Assist in implementing procedures and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement. Provide education to nursing staff to ensure resident receive quality care and services.

Assist the director of nursing with managing nursing activities.
