  • Perform daily and weekly reconciliation of funds received.
  • Perform all monthly transactions on misapplied funds and non-sufficient funds.
  • Perform client accounting ( Accounts Receivable,Accounts Payable.)

  • Rejected Vouchers as needed, if the dollar amount,address, voucher number, are not correct in ( FMIS ) it must be rejected.
  • Responsible for opening,sorting,distributing incoming invoices.
  • Handled all complaints in a professional and timely fashion.
  • Proofing all invoices before releasing payment to Controller for submission to General Accounting Department (GAD)
  • Ensure that all client's questions and concerns were answered correctly.
  • Matched invoices and recorded required information.
  • Prepared bank deposits by verifying and balancing receipts and sending cash and checks to banks.
  • Recorded debit,credit and account transactions in computer databases.
