I graduated from Rio Grande City High School in 2013 and continued my educations as much as I could. After having my first child I started working and worked very hard to get a good paying job to support my family in Stripes as a cook. In 2016 I started working at Citizens State Bank as a receptionist taking phone calls and giving customers information on their accounts. In 2017 I got the position of Customer Service where I also do a little bit of bookkeeping. In 2021 I decided I needed to put my grain of sand to the community and enlisted in the U. S. Army National Guard where I learned basic combat skills and then had CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) training. I work full time at the bank and go to drill once a month in the unit in Laredo, TX. I am looking forward to grow and make a change in my career.
