I am a passionate UX researcher and social psychology PhD candidate with over 5 years of hands-on experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. My expertise spans across user experience research, consumer insights, data analysis, and market research, where I’ve applied advanced statistical analysis (including multiple regression and structural equation modeling) and mixed methods research to uncover meaningful insights that drive product innovation.
I have successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Design, to influence product strategy and improve user experience. My experience includes leading projects at Netflix and Northwestern Mutual, where I applied my skills in usability testing, concept testing, and survey design to enhance consumer understanding. I thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that align with business goals.
Fluent in English, Gujarati, Hindi, and Spanish, I bring a global perspective to my work, ensuring diverse insights are incorporated into research processes. I am eager to apply my skills to UX research, market analysis, and data analysis positions, where I can continue contributing to impactful product and design decisions that enhance user experience.
