Accomplished & passionate Bharatnatyam dancer & teacher with over 30 years of experience in classical dance including Bharatnatyam, Kathak Nrutya, Prachin Garba, & Arvachin Garba. Six years of experience in vocal classical music, tabla, and harmonium, fostering a deep understanding of Indian classical music among students. Bachelor’s degree in Arts and a Master’s in Bharatnatyam. Founder of a successful dance academy Nrutyangana in Gujarat, Valsad, where hundreds of students have been trained to compete and excel in prestigious dance competitions, earning numerous awards. Dedicated to preserving and promoting the art of Bharatnatyam through teaching, mentorship, and performance. Skilled in choreography, event planning, and fostering a love for Indian classical dance among students. Excited to bring extensive expertise and enthusiasm to the Gita Anjali Dance Academy.
