· Set up of centralized customer service team in the largest region for India for export and import operations.
· Led the migration of standardized process to the One Team Customer service in shared service Centre.
· Set up Maersk owned offices in 3 new ports and moving away from sub-contractors for Operations, customer service, CFS and port/vessel gate controls.
· Piloted and implemented many new campaigns, processes and initiatives during the tenure and recognized by Maersk India as one of the 3 valuable employees for the years 2010-2013- Projects include Feeder vessel optimization, set up of online payments and move to E delivery orders and E invoicing.
