• Sewer System Game: Developed a game in Java that implemented Dijkstra's algorithm to guide a character through a maze and collect as many points as possible while also getting through the maze in the smallest number of steps. Achieved hands on work with concurrency and synchronization. Excelled in developing algorithms to find more efficient paths.
• Interpreter: Created an interpreter for a non-trivial programming language in OCaml. Modified interpreter so it could process various functionalities such as if-else statements, match expressions, and let definitions. Adapted to reading and implementing formal semantics and evaluation rules.
• Microprocessor: Programmed a microprocessor using Verilog. Processor was able to handle logical and arithmetic circuitry needed for a typical computers CPU
• Car Crash Study: Used R to analyze a database and collect information about the causes and effect of car accidents in a county in Maryland. Used these findings to propose changes to road laws in that county.
