Prospere Bakualufu

Obtains authorized vehicle, daily route instructions and assigned inmate workers (working trusties) to collect, transport and deliver food donations and produce for use at the Corrections facility. Assists and guides inmates in the safe and timely loading and unloading of food items. Must be able to repeatedly lift products weighing 50-75 pounds. Assists in the Food Service Section when not driving, and helps to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.

Setting up machinery: Reading blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery

Operating machinery: Following instructions and adjusting settings to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner

Maintaining machinery: Performing routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting issues

Quality control: Inspecting products for defects and rerouting defective items away from production

Safety and health: Complying with all safety and health regulations

Cleanliness: Maintaining a safe and clean workstation.
