Project - Global KYC

Global KYC service supports multiple processes- Determining the risk profile, KYC onboarding, review, monitoring and screening.

Responsibilities-

• Senior developer in the team that is responsible for the KYC Engine that determines risk profiles for the prospects as well as the customers of the bank.
• Worked on Pega KYC framework
• Part of multiple design decisions and requirement analysis from dev side.
• Handled multiple deployments to production
• Collaborated with end users to resolve their issues and help them understand the application when needed.

Project- Pre-Deals

Pega application that determines the best product combinations that can be offered to the customer before they can finalize the deal with the bank

Responsibilities-

• Participate in enterprise class structure design, prepare design documents for various components
• Development of multiple modules involving multiple integrations with different systems.
• Interact with different application teams, analyze their requirements, design and develop them in most reusable way.
• Play role of Sys admin, verify health of the system from time to time and debug and fix issues.

Project- FEB ( Financial Event Box)

Pega application that receives and listens to events from different sources on organizations and individuals that have chanes of going into default or bankruptcy. The application then processes the case and sends for credit assessment.

Responsibilities-

• Design (LLD) and development of modules by taking complete ownership and integrating them with different modules.
• Core member of R&D team formed in start of project when prototype was being designed.
• Designing the organization hierarchy, class structure, rulesets and Data-tables.
• Created the case management for the entire application.

Project- Global Customer Acquisition Platform (GCAP)

A customer acquisition platform for American Express that includes the entire life cycle of a credit card application. It included Capture of application through different channels, underwriting and fulfillment.

I was part of the teams that built the application for USA, AUS, NZ and HK markets.

Responsibilities-

• Started as a junior developer working on Pega basic rules but quickly up-skilled myself and worked on complex rules
• Worked on creation of UI screens, routing framework, integrations etc
• Involved in requirement analysis.
• Was part of a SWAT team that was formed to resolve high impact production issues.
• Involved right from initial design phase of the project.
