  • Trained technicians to calibrate equipment and carry out various new tests which addressed non-conformances in the certification process for the Jamaica Bureau of Standards and ISO 9001
  • Provided engineering/technical support and advice to the production manager and staff in order to solve day to day issues in production aimed at reducing downtime and losses
  • Prepared documentation of processes in the various plants for records and certification purposes.
