I have 17 year's of construction, I started off as a temp doing odd jobs from fire watching to pipe fitter helper. Began to seek a more steady pay and was offered a job working as a demo laborer and worked my way up to foreman and was discovered for the hard work by a master plumber. Was offered a job and excepted there offer to better the life's of my kids and myself and became a apprentice in the plumbing board of plumber's. Began to work my recommended 8000 hours and applied for my journeyman's license and passed. Then began to run multiple job sites with successful out comes and built great relationships with other trades during my career as a license plumber. In the course of my plumbing carreer I was noticed by a superintend from Arco Murray where he took a liking in me and saw my potential as a GC, he told me I have unteachable traits that i should utilize and grow. He told me that plumbing is just the stepping stone and I can be much more, so I took his advice and almost three years later I am a superintend that has had success on many projects and have built many relationships with many clients over the years. Over all I would describe myself as an hardworking and passionate leader with strong organizational skills eager to learn and grow to be a great asset to a company willing to invest in my skills and knowledge.
