Position Objective
He/She is responsible of the following departments on his/ her base;
1. Transport
2. Procurement
3. Assets
Staff management:
1. Control and check daily the work of all the persons under his/ her responsibility
2. Organise the weekly and the daily work of his/ her department
Logistics Activities Management:

2. Manage the procurement for Khujand office
3. Check deliveries follow-up for contracts.
4. Check repairs of Assets and Vehicles.
5. Train newly hired staff for logistics.
Procurement:
1. Be fully aware of ACTED Procurement guidelines
2. To prepare calls for Tender and follow Tender procedures
3. Make sure specifications of the items’ in request forms are clear (otherwise ask for technical advice) and do not hesitate to ask for more information if you have any doubt on the item’s specification
4. Make sure the budget line and a funding line attached with each item is correct and still funded (otherwise ask for finance dept. advice)
5. Collect 4 quotations from the market respecting the specifications of the request and purchase procedure.
6. Order purchase from other office and ensure that all procedures are followed and all documents received.
