• During the pandemic, the company saw an EBITDA% drop by 3.5% which made the start of FY19-20 a very crucial year, through the implementation of A-10 initiatives at a WAR (Work at Risk) front – the Organization saw a jump of 1.5% (~$ 25 Million) in next quarter (Q2'FY20)
