1) Responsible for leading and executing all Water division projects across UAE
2) Leading Project Initiation, Planning, Requirement Management, Benefit Analysis, Contract Management, Risk Management, Integration Management, Site Execution, and Erection & Commissioning of plants for all projects across UAE.
3) Single point contact to all project stakeholders, internal and external.
4) Responsible for Invoicing and maintaining cash flow for all projects.
5) Coordinating internal resources, contractors and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
6) Directly managing all major Civil Contractors and Suppliers for deliverables and project closure.

7)Tracking Budget and schedule for projects to ensure timely completion within stipulated cost

• Responsible for allocating resources, machineries and skilled manpower for Indian and overseas projects depending upon the project requirements

• Risk management by Identifying opportunities and impacts, analyze and prepare action plan to mitigate impacts and encash opportunities to Increase / maintain project bottom line by effective cost control
• Also monitor variances to secure satisfactory project deliverables
• Regularize contract completion dates by managing delivery extensions to avoid LDs in case of any shifting of project completion due to whatever the reason(s)
• Extra claims and settlements for increased or decreased scope
• Project Scheduling in MS-Project (L2 / L3 Schedule), monitoring, Critical Path review, crashing of activities (by CPM & PERT)
• With all these, ensure schedule adherence by interdisciplinary functional reviews with engineering, procurement (purchase requisitions (PR) and PO review) and construction
• Reporting through Management Information System (MIS), Project monitoring presentations and Monthly Progress Reports
• Effective control of kick off with customers, deciding 'modus of operandi' for smooth execution
• Detailed contract study for better clarity on scope, technical and commercial terms & conditions
• Identify critical items, from process and delivery point of view
• Manage / enhance cost benefit by approval / acceptance of add-on regular vendors
• Maintain cash flow by monitoring various receivables like advances & other milestone payments, if any
• Maintain effective & healthy cash flow by preparation and timely approval of Billing Break-Ups (BBU)
• Timely invoicing and collection as per monthly invoicing plan to maintain healthy cash flow
• Prepare dispatch plans, monitor dispatch instructions and arrange release notes / dispatch clearances from client / user
• Reconciliation of Excise Duty, Cess, Sales Tax, VAT, Custom Duty, Road Permits, Invoicing completion
• Support to site execution team for successful commissioning, PG Test run & handing over for project closure.

• Project Manager for end to end execution of EPC & BOOT basis Water Purification & Treatment Plants.
• Preparation and clearance / approvals of basic documents i.e. P & I Diagram, Layouts and Process Description.
• Review and release of Piping Drawings (within plant & cross-country) and also shop manufacturing drawings. Continuous monitoring for timely delivery.
• Part of decision team for effective Procurement Control.
• Arrange Inspections & Dispatch Clearances including Commercial Clearances.
• To be part of site execution team for successful commissioning, PG Test run and handing over.
