Operations Officer
Lead the client success team by defining and optimizing client lifecycle, contract negotiations, personal development, and serving as a point of client escalations.
Engage regularly with clients via strategic and operational review to evaluate client needs and keep them informed on the direction of the team's process to serve them.
Manage client success activities, including rigid SLA measurements, 1-1 individual developments, goal settings, account-specific campaigns, and growth plans.
Ensure the company's growth by increasing the wallet share with the existing clients and acquiring new customers year on year.
