I truly enjoy traveling. I lived in Wasilla Alaska for five years. It was truly an amazing experience. The nature and beauty that surrounds you truly allows to see life from another perspective. It provides a new way to perceive life. I have also lived in Hawaii on the Island of Oahu for five years. The culture, the people the environment in all has had an amazing impact on me. I did a great amount of volunteering in both states. It taught me the true meaning of life. There were so many new experiences, the people, the food, the beautiful views. I enjoy reading to escape from any stress. Reading is calming and always makes me happy. A great book always leads to a new adventure. Mindfulness allows me to have a heightened awareness of my thoughts,emotions and experiences.
