  • Perioperative Care Coordination: Effectively integrated the Qventus AI solution, which significantly reduced surgery cancellations, enhanced staff productivity, and optimized patients pre- and post-surgery, in the Florida Market (5 facilities) and the Texas – El Paso Market (2 Facilities).   • Bed Management Device Application: Successfully implemented TeleTracking bed management system devices for Nursing staff across 4 Regions, 20 facilities, for 500 – 600 end users: improving patient flow and capacity management with HL7 Cerner/Oracle patient data interface.
