• Director of Singing and Dancing Group at Lantern Festival Party, held yearly for celebrating Lantern Festival by Hunan TV, the national top TV station. 
• Mainly Assist the director in designing creative content of stage performance, and participate in coordinating and controlling the program recording site.

• Leader of Audience group of executive director team at Listen To Me, a talk show for 18 ladies discussing hot social topics in the form of comedy and from a female perspective to convey their attitudes.
• Participated in singling out audience from thousands of applicants, and two of third qualified audience were selected by me; responsible for enlivening the atmosphere during live recording such as guiding audience to give applause or make loud laugh etc.

Sisters Who Make Waves 2

• Intern of scriptwriter group at Sisters Who Make Waves 2, an inspirational variety show that focuses on the female stars in age of 30+ and encourages women to pursue their dreams bravely on stage again; It was the national hottest show of year.
• Responsible for recording the electronic draft of the whole interview of Jishou Miao Drum; participated in recording shoot information for the candidates of Cecilia Cheung, Mabel Yuan, and Viann Zhang etc; helped the scriptwriter to collect materials or designing games.
• Tackled issues with crew members and actors immediately to achieve quick and effective resolution while keeping projects on schedule.
• Stayed calm and polished at all times, even during moments of extreme stress or when dealing with difficult personalities, to accomplish professional goals.

The Sound S3

• Director in The Sound S3, The first original voice charm competition show around China launched by Hunan TV.
• Mainly responsible for preparation work in early stage of participants in New Voice Class, assisted and cooperated to Ms Di Feifei s professional dubbing team to instruct the competitors, all of whom are literary and art workers such as singers, dancers or movie stars.
• Collected key program data and analysis to support continuous improvement.
