• Discharge all patients from Medi, RFMS, ABE with date once deceased or discharged from facility.

• Opening of all DHS mail, complete REDE forms, send OBRA, 3654, made notation of all denials, Completed Medicaid Applications, Admission Packets and Therapy Verification.
• Copying, Scanning and Depositing of all checks into current resident accounts in RFMS and Private Bank, also printing and scanning of all transaction reports to be emailed and mailed daily. • Requesting authorizations for all LTC/Custodial residents in timely manner.
• Provided resident trust funds when requested, made sure residents signed receipts, request check from corporate to replenish funds, count down bank every Friday to assure balance and log cash recap sheet.

• Confirm proper Licensure, OIG Fraud Exclusion and Health Care Worker Registry for all professional staff including, CNAs, LPNs, RNs and other department managers and supervisors
