All job history gaps were used to advanced my career by furthering my education. Currently still pursuing my Associates degree within the medical field for - Health Information Technology and Medical Assistant. Recently the pass 5 years, excluding my employment with Amazon I was met with adversity and had to overcome some hardships like; having my youngest son prematurely in Dec of 2019 before the pandemic hit in 2020, losing my mother unexpectedly in May of 2023, followed by having to care for my step father after he faced medical issues of his own in April of 2024 (spent the last year helping care for him).


I am a dedicated professional with extensive experience in warehousing, inventory control, customer service, and healthcare support. Proficient in handling inbound and outbound communications, and ensuring efficient order processing and customer satisfaction. I am eager to apply my expertise in a new role to contribute to advancing my personal and professional growth.
