I worked for a children's program in Oakland, Trybe. There are five members in our group, and I am one of them. Our group organizes various activities for preschool children from low-income families in the community. For example, reading marathons, science classes, art classes, summer camps, etc. In addition, two days a week, we prepare various play materials and games for the children in the park. The purpose is to exercise the children's gross motor skills and fine motor skills. To ensure the safety of the children, all the above activities are accompanied by the children's parents throughout the whole process. All the above funds are sponsored by First Five.
I still continue to work at Trybe every Sunday, and I am now an assistant to artist Ryoko Tokuho, providing various art activities for children aged 5 to 12 at the Belove community event.
