ADDOR (Yida) Capital is one of China's leading private equity investment firms, and it is among the largest in terms of investment scale. Yida Xinye is the branch of ADDOR(Yida) Capital in Shanghai.

During my internship in equity investment, I participated in weekly meetings, client interviews, and prepared meeting minutes, gaining hands-on experience in the investment process. I learned how to conduct comprehensive evaluations of companies, analyzing financial performance, market potential, and management quality. Working with tech-focused firms, I gained valuable insights into the rapid advancements in AI and its impact on global technology. This experience enhanced my analytical and communication skills, and deepened my interest in equity investment, particularly in innovation-driven sectors.

The Telecom Sector at the Research Institute for Finance and Economic Development of Industrial Securities, ranked among the top 3 by New Fortune Magazine (the most authoritative financial institution evaluation magazine in China), provided me with an enriching internship experience.sights into the telecom industry, company operations, and future trends while learning about the rigorous and detail-oriented nature of equity research. My responsibilities included compiling 30 meeting summaries, preparing daily and weekly reports, assisting with research tasks such as data collection and report formatting, and supporting a mid-term strategy conference. These tasks sharpened my analytical skills, exposed me to expert insights, and deepened my understanding of industry dynamics.

ETA Semiconductor Limited IPO Project:

Assisted the project team in sending confirmation letters, and conducting voucher sampling to verify ETA's financial status and order information.

Shanghai Research Institute of Building Sciences (SRIBS) IPO Project:

Supported the project team in organizing received confirmation letters, and performed voucher sampling for 10 subsidiaries.

Through these internships, I gained new insights into specific items in financial statements.

China Industrial Securities is one of China’s leading comprehensive securities firms.

Information 2 IPO Project

Assisted the project team with competitor analysis, software company prospectus reviews, and inquiries related to fundraising.Organized and structured working papers, including creating guidelines and tables of contents. Participated in interviews with 6 end customers and 1 distributor, recording and summarizing the discussions. Contributed to coordination meetings and helped prepare bank statements for senior leadership, gaining valuable insights into the data replication industry. This company is now gone public.
