I grew up in Pelham, NC. Small town outside Reidsville. Grandpa owned 22 acres of livestock and hayfields. Farm help was always needed so I learned how to operate farm equipment (tractors, trailer, etc) at a young age. Throughout high school I joined FFA and pursued farming. Upon graduating I wanted to become a bull rider and started helping stock contractors in NC/VA load and unload bulls so I could have a place to practice bull riding when rodeo season was done. Being a cow/farm hand is more than just a job to me…it’s a lifestyle and one day I want to own a 100 acre farm and farm livestock of my own.
